A few weeks ago i was hanging out on gumtree (like Craigslist) seeing what was going on. I found myself in freebies and was looking around. I found an offer for a free spray tan. I had just seen one being done on The Only Way Is Essex and thought hey I want one too!! So I called and scheduled an appointment and was really excited. Got there for my appointment all the way in Covent Gardens and apparently it wasn’t that day it was a week later :( and could they please change it to the 1st of June? Sure no problem. So off I went this morning to go get my spray tan all excited. Now let me write this as a note that it was for training in a beauty school – actually a final exam so they must be good right? WRONG!!!!!!! i was listening to the first person and her client and the teacher was like amazing you did a great job. The second student and her client was also fine. My person? not so much i could already see while she was doing it that it was getting splotchy and weird. But they said it would get better after a shower. When i was done there was a really harsh line on the side of my hand and the spray tan had made the palms of my hands stained even though there was petroleum jelly on it. she should have put more. my feet? well lets just say i wont be wearing my sandals for a while :( I’m a little bit orange now and not feeling so good. I got home and was looking at myself in the mirror and i really didn’t like what I saw. So even though they told me not to take a shower until 8 hours after the tan I took a shower after only 4 to see if the line on my hands and the mess at the bottom of my feet would go away! But ALAS NO! they still look awful! So all in all as a review if you have the right person to do it then maybe it could work nicely but i think I’m dont with that – its not as if its really hard for me to tan anyway (even though its not good for your skin).

Oh and yes i did exfoliate before i went for the tan and the woman exfoliated me too so no it has nothing to do with the fact that I hadnt exfoliated!Spray-Tan-Start-Pack[1]

pore perfectionI used this yesterday and was pleasantly surprised about the end result!! It looked amazing and my pores were def less visible! the next person to test it on would be my hubby to see how it makes his pores look.
It isn’t the cheapest product on the market but i would def save up to add this to your makeup bag (and mine)
Smooth on a little Pore Perfecting Complexion Primer Potion before foundation (or alone!) to totally minimize the look of pores and fine lines. The velvety, paraben-free formula flashes down to a soft-matte finish, without the greasy, heavy feel sometimes associated with foundation primers. The result? Flawless skin with an airbrushed look and feel. Foundation applies smoothly, evenly, and won’t fade away. Ideal for oilier skin, but dry complexions who want pore perfection will love it, too.

The convenient squeeze tube includes a twist-up dispenser (like school glue!) for easy portion control.

Two unique finishes of Complexion Primer Potions are available. For skin that feels brighter and tighter, try our Brightening formula.

Tips: A little goes a long way! A pea-sized drop of Complexion Primer Potion is all you need to perfect your whole face. Or, try just a touch in the areas where you need it most.

What fun that was!!! Working with beautiful women.

I love that they incorporated non Model Models who are breast cancer survivors. That is a great thing about NYGARD if you buy something from the store part of what you spend goes to Breast cancer research!

Lashes
One thing that i noticed while i was putting lashes on the girls is that the lashes that are not a full thick strip are much harder to put on. The corners don’t stick as well to the corner of the eye as well as the ones that have spaces in between!! If you see 101 has no space between the hairs but if you look at 113 there is so i prefer to use the 113 type! they stick better and are easier to appl
